ORDERING
To place an order please email me the name and style number of the piece(s) you are interested in. I will check the availability of the item(s) and email you a confirmation with an estimated time of production and shipping cost. Remember all jewelry is handmade and made to order. I will do my best to get orders out to you as quickly as possible. Please contact the studio with any questions or concerns and to get information about sizing rings and bracelets.

Due to changes in the metal market prices are subject to change at anytime. I will do my best to keep the prices online current.

PAYMENT
I accept checks and Visa or Master Card. Please call the studio at 617 851 2628. 

SALES TAX
Because the studio is located in Boston, all orders shipped within the state of Massachusetts are subject to 6.25% Sales Tax.

SHIPPING
All US orders are shipped either UPS Ground or USPS and with the proper insurances. I offer free shipping for purchases up to $500. For purchases higher than $500 the shipping charges will be added to your order. Once your order has shipped I will send you confirmation and tracking information. Please make sure to provide an email address. If you have special shipping needs please contact me to make arrangements.

RETURN POLICY
I know that sometimes it can happen that you choose the wrong item. You may return the unworn item to me within 14 days of receipt for a refund. After 14 days I am happy to offer exchange or credit towards future purchase to be used within 3 month.

Please note: I charge a 10% restocking fee to cover my expenses.

Items must be returned in original unworn condition and original packaging. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Be sure to use a shipping service that provides a tracking number and adequate insurance to cover full cost. I do not take responsibility for damaged and lost return shipments and return shipping costs.

REPAIRS
Julia Groos stands fully behind the quality of her jewelry. If any item is in need of repair, I will repair it at no extra charge. This warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, improper care or natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use. Those damages will be repaired at a reasonable rate. I usually need to see the piece before quoting a price. Please contact me to discuss it.

PRIVACY
The information you share with me is used solely for the purpose of increasing the value of service to you. Rest assured any information you provide is never shared with a third party.
